Want to be an expert? Then Practice. Why? Because practice refers to doing something repeatedly for over a period of time is a powerful discipline that if engaged in becomes the springboard that attracts the right opportunities. If you seek growth and bigger opportunities in your business, career, team, organizations etc. Then it is imperative that you engage in PRACTICE - Terri Savelle-Foy.

Practice is a discipline embraced by many great athletes from the likes of Usain bolt, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Michael Phelps etc., to successful business and political leaders that we have come to know and celebrate today. Professions such as Medicine, HR, Accounting, Law etc. are often associated with the term 'Practitioner' culled from the word Practice. Why? Because it is only by putting their professional skills to constant practice that they become experts not just because they have the certification.

Malcolm Gladwell based off research he carried out, stated in his book Outliners that “ 10,000 hours is the magic number of greatness and evidence shows that an overwhelming majority of experts at the top of their fields have spent a minimum of 10,000 hours of practice to become great.

Practice makes perfect - This popular saying is true because by staying disciplined to practicing a skill(s), trade, gift etc. you simply perfect your skills.

Constant practice eliminates waste, and this invariably increases productivity and boost confidence.

Practice makes you an expert in your field and also sets the stage for growth, success and recognition.

Remember every investment into practicing your skill is never a waste, but a preparation for success & greatness!
