Femi Adun
Co - Founder / CEO / Leadership Consultant / Productivity Coach
Femi alongside his wife Joan Olubusola are founders of PactLeadership. He works in the capacity of Principal Trainer, Leadership Consultant and Productivity Coach at PactLeadership. Life and business strategist, prolific trainer and dynamic John C Maxwell certified leadership facilitator with 15+years of experience in strategic leadership, organisational growth and development, and team building. He has successfully facilitated national and international leadership Masterclass training programs across various cities and countries across the globe. He has trained, coached and continues in this effort to empower hundreds and thousands of college students, career professionals, and business and corporate leaders with testimonials of personal and corporate transformation and 100% satisfaction feedback.
An adept and life-long learner, Femi is a graduate of the prestigious Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA), Nigeria. He graduated with distinction in Social Work and Community Work from Waltham Forest College London, UK. He serves as the founder of Eagle World Outreach, (his apostolic ministry to the nations), CE O of Grace House Publishing Company, and Executive Partner & Coach at PATRAL inc. based in Cyprus. He is a Board and Faculty member of Mavasive Leadership Institute Washington DC, US.
He is a Certified leadership trainer/facilitator for Equip leadership (an initiative of John C Maxwell). Femi is widely travelled across the world, and has helped and continue to help many individuals, coaches, thought leaders, and organizations across the world to increase their productivity, develop their leadership capacity and become selfless leaders with a heart to deliver sustainable value to people.
He continues to serve his clients in Africa, the USA, South America, Asia, Europe, and the United Kingdom with 100% authenticity and grace. Femi has authored several books including Unlock Your Future, You Can
Succeed Beyond School & Work: Leveraging the Power of Visionary Living' is his latest book. As a thought leader, he is passionate about servant leadership, organizational and team development and personal productivity. Femi is multidimensional, a man who wears many hats as a leader, pastor, apostle, husband and father and when he is not working or travelling, he devotes his time to making memories with his wife and his three amazing children.
Joan Olubusola Adun

Busola along with her husband founded PactLeadership LLC, an organization with a passion to help career professionals, SMEs and Non-profit organizations boost and maximize their productivity through their Masterclass productivity training, leadership services and HR support solutions. She is an experienced HR professional with evidence-based knowledge & approach to help organisations with their HR pain points. Passionate about human capital development, employee engagement and promoting a culture that promotes employee well-being within the workplace.
She holds a first-class honors BA in Business Management and HRM, University of East London, UK. And a Distinction in MSc International HRM from Ivy league University, Queen Mary University, London, UK. She holds a Diploma in Social Work and Community Work, Waltham Forest College, UK and is a proud graduate of the esteemed leadership school, Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA), Nigeria.

Busola utilizes her professional expertise and experience to continue to provide effective and sustainable HR business solutions and strategies to the clients they serve. In addition, she leverages her HR business partnering and business management experience and knowledge gained from working in the private, public and Not - For Profit sectors, to provide the expertise, skills and tools to help business leaders make strategic and sustainable management and HR business decisions for the people in their organization.
She is a life and identity coach with the passion to mentor and coach young career professionals to build capacity and live life authentically. She is a passionate leader whose authentic and servant leadership propels her to effectively manage, develop, empower and motivate people to never stop making a difference, going the extra mile and be the change they desire to see in any life and work situation.
As a thought leader and manager, committed to life-long learning, she continues to strive to be a better version of herself through her intentional personal growth and development.
Busola, like her husband, wears many hats and outside of her corporate roles, oversees and lead other Not-For-profit organizations, including her women's ministry, The Noble Woman Ministry. She is also an inspirational blog writer on her blog www.bzioninspires.com She is a sought after speaker at virtual and physical conferences, talk shows and workshops. She travels and serves in their global ministry [Eagle World Outreach] alongside her husband. She is a mum to her three energetic and growing children. She is also an author of the devotional books As You Step Out Today: Everyday Devotional for Life and Work which encourages people to step into their day with God's word as their anchor and guide.
Godwin E. Okoduwa
Executive Assistant
Godwin works alongside Femi Adun as his Executive Assistant to oversee day-to-day business activities and implement the organizational strategy. A current PhD student at the MCW Graduate School, he also holds a Master of Healthcare Administration, and Bachelor of Science, in Biochemistry with substantial and ongoing project management experience working within the health and non-profit sector.
Cynthia Murray
Leadership Consultant Partner
CME, LLC, Cynthia Murray is one of our external leadership partner facilitating in our Masterclass training. She has extensive experience in presenting dynamic keynote speeches and conducts leadership and team-building workshops for corporations and government organizations. She also has several years of experience being an attorney and received her bachelor of arts from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. She currently maintains a solo legal practice and serves as a Substitute Judge in the Sixteenth Judicial District of Virginia. She is an international speaker, author and executive coach.
Cynthia gained her leadership expertise from more than sixteen combined years of experience as a Virginia prosecutor and as a senior level Business Management professional for Northrop Grumman, a Fortune 500 military defense contractor. She is author of several non-fiction books, including the internationally acclaimed books. Seeing beyond her career, Cynthia believes that it is vitally important to serve others.
In 2006, she founded Divine Women of Destiny (also known as “DWD”), a non-profit faith-based organization that uplifts, empowers and encourages women around the world to overcome obstacles and to achieve their life’s goals. She has travelled extensively to Spain and other destinations, including Mexico, Canada, England, Greece, India, Morocco, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, Honduras, and most recently to France, Peru, Kenya, and Switzerland, gaining a broad understanding of cultural diversity and bringing this depth of knowledge to her coaching and training sessions.

Susan is one of our HR external recruitment specialist working on our HR projects. She is a HR professional with 7+ years of HR experience focused on full-cycle recruitment, on-boarding, talent management, career management, and employee relations.
Her HR experience spans across Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Construction, Non-profit Healthcare industries. Susan through her business partnering and talent management experience provides skills and tools to help career professionals find the right job and organizations hire the right candidate. As well as make strategic and sustainable HR business decisions.

Well-Being Champion Partner
Yvette America is one of our external partner working on our workplace well-being projects. Yvette through her corporate America workplace experiences shares best practices, areas of opportunity, and challenges for organisations. She inspires business leaders and associates to take action towards improving their health and well-being. She develops and supports leadership and management, along with local well-being initiatives and activities and valuable well-being information. She also promotes relevant well-being resources and tools and cascade this information to departments, teams and work location. She is very passionate about all things well-being and she was nominated for The Summit Award which a very high and prestigious award.
She has built a community where she desires to see the success of everyone’s well-being through inspiration, connectedness, and engagement and shares her well-being journey to ignite the fire and encourages those to create their own well-being story.
